These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and okbetph ("okbetph," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the okbetph online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and related services available at okbetph.app (the "Platform"). By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
2.2 Jurisdiction. The Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. okbetph makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines.
2.3 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or use the Platform: (a) individuals under 21 years of age; (b) individuals who have been self-excluded or excluded by okbetph; (c) employees, contractors, or agents of okbetph or its affiliated companies, and their immediate family members; (d) individuals who are legally prohibited from participating in online gaming activities.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the okbetph Platform. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. okbetph reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify your identity at any time.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must notify okbetph immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. okbetph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.
3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC). okbetph is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. You agree to cooperate fully with any KYC process, including providing government-issued identification documents when requested. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or account access.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. okbetph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfers through major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to eligible Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted. Credit card deposits for gambling purposes are not accepted in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
4.2 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. okbetph reserves the right to reverse any deposit suspected of originating from a third-party source and to suspend the associated account pending investigation.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of applicable KYC verification. okbetph aims to process approved withdrawals to GCash and Maya within 15 to 30 minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
4.4 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts, as well as applicable transaction limits, are published on the Platform and may be updated from time to time. okbetph reserves the right to impose additional limits on individual accounts where warranted by risk management considerations.
4.5 Currency. All transactions on the okbetph Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.
5.1 All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by okbetph are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, validity periods, and game restrictions. 7.1 All content on the okbetph Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and user interface elements, is the property of okbetph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
7.2 You may not copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of okbetph.
8.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, okbetph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.
8.2 okbetph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
8.3 In jurisdictions where limitations of liability are not permitted, okbetph's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9.1 okbetph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
